If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, don’t worry — we’re here to help.
1. Return Policy
We accept returns for eligible products within 3 days after delivery.
To qualify for a return:
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
The product must include tags, labels, and original packaging.
You must have the invoice or order confirmation.
We do not accept returns for:
Used or damaged items.
Products bought during clearance sales or special discounts.
Personal items like undergarments or accessories for hygiene reasons.

3. Return Shipping
You can send the product back to us using Steadfast or Pathao.
The return delivery charge will depend on the reason for return:
If the product is wrong or damaged, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
If you’re returning for personal reasons (like change of mind or size), the customer pays the shipping charge.
4. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll notify you by email or phone.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are made through:
Bkash / Nagad / Bank Transfer (as per your payment method).
If your product was damaged, defective, or not as described, you’ll receive a full refund including shipping costs.
5. Exchange Option
If you want to exchange your product for another size or color (and it’s in stock), we’re happy to help.
Just let us know, and we’ll arrange the exchange as soon as possible.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your payment account again.
Then contact your mobile banking or bank service.
